1.We are committed to ensure 100% purchase protection for customers by offering easy refund if cancel within 48 hrs of making payment without asking any questions .
2.Taxes will be adjusted from the amount shown on the billing screens, which may be caused by several factors, including variances between processor and changes in tax rates.
3.If a booking is delayed at the request of the client, due to the client’s internal processes, Global trip planner  will not be responsible for any costs incurred by this delay,

Cancellation charges on booking following under the below criteria :
2-6 days : 100% of total payment
6-11 days : 50% of total payment
